Banana Split Trifle

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix + ingredients per box instructions
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding + milk per box instructions
• 3 bananas, sliced 
• 1 ½ cup strawberries, sliced 
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained 
• 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved 
• 1 - 8 oz tub cool whip 
• ½ cup walnuts, chopped 
• ¼ cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

FIRST STEP:

Bake cake per box directions, cool completely, and cut into cubes 

In a bowl whisk pudding and milk until smooth

SECOND STEP:

In a large clear glass bowl layer the dessert as follows:

Cake, pudding, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, cool whip, cherries, nuts, chocolate syrup

THIRD STEP:

Repeat layers until dish is full

FOURTH STEP:

Serve and enjoy!
