Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

Ingredients :


°75 g melted butter (bain-marie or microwave)

°75 g sugar (brown or white)

°185g flour

°1 sachet of vanilla sugar

°150g chocolate chips

°1 egg



* Methods : 


STEP 1

Preheat oven 200°C (thermostat 6-7).


2ND STEP


In a bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Then make a well and add the melted butter. Mix, when you get a shortbread, crumbly dough.


STEP 3

Add the egg. Mix with your hands and form a ball.


STEP 4

If the ball sticks to your fingers, add flour.


STEP 5

Form balls, medium, on the plate of your oven lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips to your balls and flatten them slightly.


STEP 6

Bake and cook for 15 minutes. Your shortbread should be golden, if not, return to the oven for 1 min.
