Buttercream icing recipe:
1kg icing sugar
450g margarine.
1tbsp milk
1 tsp any flavour of your choice.
Procedure
Cream add margarine then add icing sugar, mix till well combined.
Add milk and flavor, mix until properly combined.
Your buttercream is ready.
If this is a recipe for buttercream why does the recipe call for margarine??? Why is milk added here when the introduction page doesn’t even list milk???
