Creamy Banana Pudding Cheesecake Delight Bars

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 cup ripe bananas, mashed (about 2 bananas)

For the Banana Pudding Layer:

2 cups milk

1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For Topping:

Sliced bananas

Whipped cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.

For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined. Stir in the mashed bananas.

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and spread it evenly. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.

For the banana pudding layer, whisk together milk and banana pudding mix in a bowl until it thickens. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.

Spread the banana pudding mixture over the cooled cheesecake layers.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, top with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
