One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup (No Velveeta)
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 cups beef broth
• 2 cups elbow macaroni
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
2. Add the diced onion to the pot and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
5. Lower the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and milk. Cook until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
