 Firecracker Shrimp 

Ingredients:


1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped

Instructions:


In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink (2-3 minutes per side).

Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes, coating the shrimp evenly.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes:


Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.

This dish pairs well with rice or noodles.
